MyGenePortal is a clinician-guided decision-support platform for WES/WGS interpretation. The platform integrates natural-language clinical history, phenotype-driven variant prioritization, structured genomic differential diagnosis, pharmacogenomic considerations, and physician oversight.

The poster presented at ACMG 2026 meeting and shown below summarizes the platform workflow, including clinical input, genomic data review, structured report generation, and recommended pathways for confirmatory testing, specialist referral, and follow-up.

This platform is intended to support clinician interpretation and does not replace clinical judgment. Clinically actionable findings should be confirmed through an appropriate clinical laboratory pathway when needed.
